Caroline will guide you through practices and rituals to purify body and mind, to create space within yourself, to bring yourself into a balanced state and to start to feel again rather than think all the time.

Become more aware when you start overthinking in everyday life and integrate tools like specific movements, chanting, Pranayama (breathwork), Meditation, Yoga Nidra, shared in the retreat to create a calmer state of mind and strengthen your mind at the same time.

Create spaces in your life to include everyday rituals, to be more centred, calmer, have more energy and focus on the important things in your life.

This 5,5 days Retreat is open for everyone to join who’s curious to learn more about themselves and evolve on their personal journey.

 The group will be limited to a maximum of 12 people, in order to guarantee the ability for Caroline to hold a safe space for everyone in the group.

Caroline Altmann


Caroline has been practicing Yoga for over 12 years now and has been an Anahata Yoga teacher & trainer of teachers for 7 years now already. Since she started to practice Yoga for herself, she has always been curious to learn, to study more about this Eastern philosophy, finding ways to integrate the many learnings from her practice into her daily life.

In 2017, she met her Yoga teacher, Peter Clifford, with whom she has started a two years apprenticeship, assisting and leading many group retreats, workshops and trainings in Thailand and in Europe. Sharing Yoga became one of her great passions and she loves meeting people for the first time and then seeing them transform in just a couple of days time.

Over the years of teaching classes and holding space for group retreats and trainings, she also started to work more and more in a 1:1 setting with clients, supporting and mentoring them over a longer period of time, helping them to gently transform their lives, trusting in themselves again, finding new joys in life and living their lives from their heart.

Anahata Yoga is a very rare and ancient tradition, which maintains the opening of the heart chakra as a connecting point between consciousness (Shiva) and Kundalini energy (Shakti) and represents love, compassion, clarity and balance.

In Anahata Yoga, it’s believed that the most important thing you’ll ever do in your life is to open your heart to yourself, to love yourself exactly the way you are, without any exceptions and without any conditions, so that you can then love others exactly the way they are as well.

Anahata Yoga is about the exploration of yourself, about opening up your heart and to find out who you truly are and what your true potential is in this life.

This style of Yoga is suitable for everyone. There’s nothing to achieve, it’s about exploration, discovery, learning and growing in a gentle way.
